1.
Why should I buy a dog containment system?
Instead of hiring expensive dog trainers,
dog containment is one of the cheapest ways
to train your dogs. The system is especially
design to keep your dog within a given boundary
or keep them a distance from the off limit
areas in your home.
2. What is an In-ground Pet Fencing
system?
Basically, there are three (3) parts in
an In-ground Pet Fencing system. These are
the Transmitter, Wire, and the Collar Receiver.
The Transmitter is plug into a standard
outlet and releases a radio signal while
the Wire is a waterproof wire that is being
buried and connected to the transmitter
that makes a boundary to contain your dog.
The collar receiver is worn on your dog’s
collar. While the transmitter emits a radio
signal that travels through the wire, the
receiver on your dog’s collar picks
up the radio signal. It will then alert
the dog as he get near the boundary (buried
wire). If he still persists to go towards
the boundary wire, he will receive a correction
from the radio signal.
3. Can I contain more than one
dog?
Absolutely. Additional collar receivers
can be purchased separately. Please see
our selection of dog containment accessories
and the one that will fit your purchased
system.
4. Is there other way that I can
contain my dog without burying the wire?
Yes. Don’t be disturbed by the impression
that the wire use in the “Underground
Containment Systems” needs to be buried
“underground”. One of the best
and reliable ways to bury your wire without
the hassle of digging your yard is through
the use of Wire Securing installation Staples.
Please see our Above Ground Installation
for the easy steps.
5. Are indoor zone containment
systems only to be used inside my home?
Though the indoor zones will ideally work
for indoor use, they can also be used outdoors.
However, in doing so, make sure that the
range they operate will meet your needs.
